NETPROCARDS.com will typically ship your order within 5 business days, unless otherwise stated on an individual product page. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.
Domestic orders above $500 will ship via USPS and require a signature for delivery.
Domestic orders above $1000 will ship via UPS and require a signature for delivery.
International orders will ship via UPS and require a signature for delivery. Orders may be subject to additional customs fees. The recipient of the package will be fully responsible for any and all import charges that may occur. Please check your country’s current international policies before placing an order.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Trading cards will vary in physical condition. Cards are sold “as is” and may not be returned or exchanged for any reason.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Pre-Order Policy

NETPRO® Trading Cards may offer certain products for purchase on a pre-order basis prior to their official release or completion of production.
Pre-Order Availability
Pre-order products allow customers to reserve items before they are officially released. Quantities may be limited, and placing a pre-order does not guarantee future availability once the product is released.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed. Payment processing is securely handled through Shopify and its integrated payment services.
Release Dates
Estimated release or shipping dates may be provided for pre-order products. These dates are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, manufacturing timelines, or other factors outside our control.
NETPRO™ Trading Cards is not responsible for delays that occur during the production process.
Shipping
Pre-order items will ship once production is complete and the product is available for fulfillment. If a single order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
All sales are final. Once a pre-order item has entered the fulfillment process or has shipped, the order may not be canceled.
Product Changes
NETPRO™ Trading Cards reserves the right to make minor adjustments to product design, packaging, or specifications during the production process.
