$1 Bidder Verification

To ensure a secure and trusted auction experience, all bidders are required to complete a $1 verification deposit before participating. This deposit helps verify each bidder and reduce fraudulent or unauthorized bidding.

The $1 deposit is fully refundable. If you do not win the auction, it will be refunded. If you win, the $1 will be applied toward your winning purchase.

How to Place a Bid

Choose Straight Bid to place your exact bid amount immediately.

Choose Automatic Bid to enter the maximum amount you're willing to pay. The system will automatically bid on your behalf in the required increments, only increasing your bid when another bidder places a higher bid, up to your maximum amount.

You will never pay more than necessary to remain the highest bidder, unless bidding reaches your maximum.

By registering for or placing a bid on any auction hosted by NETPRO® Trading Cards, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Bidding
All bids are considered a commitment to purchase. By placing a bid, you agree to complete the purchase if you are declared the winning bidder. Bids may not be canceled or withdrawn once submitted.

Bidder Verification
A $1 verification deposit is required before participating in an auction. This deposit is used for bidder verification purposes and will be refunded if you do not win. If you win an auction, the $1 deposit will be applied toward your purchase.

Automatic and Straight Bidding
Bidders may place a Straight Bid for a specific amount or use Automatic Bid to establish a maximum bid. With Automatic Bid, the auction system will bid on your behalf in the required increments up to your selected maximum.

Auction Closing & Extended Bidding Auctions are scheduled to close at the date and time displayed on the individual listing. If a bid is placed in the final 30-minutes of time, an extended bidding period of 10 minutes will be added. During this time, each new bid placed will extend the auction by an additional 10 minutes. This process, commonly known as "popcorn bidding," will continue until a full 10-minute period passes without a new bid. The highest eligible bidder at that time will be declared the winner.

Winning Bids & Payment
At the conclusion of the auction, the winning bidder will have the option to complete payment using the credit card stored on file during bidder verification or by bank wire. Winning bidders will be contacted by NETPRO® Trading Cards with payment instructions. Failure to complete payment within the provided timeframe may result in cancellation of the transaction, loss of bidding privileges, and the item being offered to another bidder or relisted.

All Sales Final
Winning auction purchases are final and may not be canceled, returned, or exchanged except where required by law.

Technical or Listing Errors
NETPRO® Trading Cards reserves the right to pause, extend, cancel, or void an auction or bid in the event of a technical malfunction, listing error, suspected fraudulent activity, or other circumstance that may compromise the integrity of the auction.

Bidder Conduct
NETPRO® Trading Cards reserves the right to reject or remove bids, restrict bidding privileges, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect the integrity and fairness of our auctions.

Item Description & Condition
Bidders are responsible for reviewing all photographs, descriptions, condition information, and auction terms before bidding. Questions regarding an item should be submitted prior to placing a bid.

By placing a bid, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to this Auction Policy and accept responsibility for any winning bid placed through your account.

All cards are sold and advertised as near mint or better but conditions may vary and there is no guarantee to a specific grade from a third party service. Cards sold as uncirculated are packaged directly from production and sealed in a toploader or one-touch case. While they have not been placed into circulation, minor surface or edge imperfections may occur during the manufacturing process.
