Return & Refund Policy
Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, NETPRO® Trading Cards maintains a limited return policy.
All Sales Final
All sales are considered final. Trading cards are collectible items whose value and condition can be affected by handling, storage, and third-party grading submissions.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping or if the incorrect item was sent, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
To process a claim, customers may be asked to provide:

- Photos of the shipping packaging
If a claim is approved, NETPRO® Trading Cards may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.
Condition of Returned Items
Any approved return must be:
- In the same condition in which it was received

In its original protective packaging
- Unaltered and not submitted to a grading service
Items that have been opened, altered, graded, or otherwise modified are not eligible for return.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part. Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise specified.
Pre-Order Policy

NETPRO® Trading Cards may offer certain products for purchase on a pre-order basis prior to their official release or completion of production.
Pre-Order Availability
Pre-order products allow customers to reserve items before they are officially released. Quantities may be limited, and placing a pre-order does not guarantee future availability once the product is released.
Payment
Full payment is required at the time a pre-order is placed. Payment processing is securely handled through Shopify and its integrated payment services.
Release Dates
Estimated release or shipping dates may be provided for pre-order products. These dates are estimates only and may change due to production schedules, manufacturing timelines, or other factors outside our control.
NETPRO® Trading Cards is not responsible for delays that occur during the production process.
Shipping
Pre-order items will ship once production is complete and the product is available for fulfillment. If a single order contains both pre-order items and in-stock items, the order may ship together once all items become available unless otherwise stated.
Cancellations
All sales are final. Once a pre-order item has entered the fulfillment process or has shipped, the order may not be canceled.

By submitting an offer on any item listed on NETPRO® Trading Cards, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Non-Binding Submission
Submitting an offer represents your interest in purchasing the item at the price you propose. Offers are not binding on NETPRO® Trading Cards until they are reviewed and formally accepted by our team.
Offer Review Process
All offers are reviewed manually. NETPRO® Trading Cards reserves the right to accept, decline, or counter any offer at our sole discretion.
Offers will be accepted for 10 days starting on the release date, giving all collectors the opportunity to purchase the 1/1s.
Acceptance Notification
If your offer is accepted, you will receive an email or phone with instructions to complete the transaction. Your order is not considered finalized until payment is received and verified.
Payment Completion Window
Accepted offers must be completed within the timeframe provided in the acceptance email. Failure to complete payment within this period may result in cancellation of the transaction and the item being made available to other buyers.
Item Availability
All items are subject to prior sale and availability. Submitting an offer does not reserve the item.
Pricing Errors
NETPRO® Trading Cards reserves the right to cancel or decline any offer or transaction resulting from pricing errors, listing mistakes, or technical issues.
Condition and Description
Buyers are responsible for reviewing the item description, images, and condition details prior to submitting an offer. Additional questions should be submitted before making an offer.
Right to Refuse Service
NETPRO® Trading Cards reserves the right to refuse offers or transactions at our discretion.
By submitting an offer, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Product Changes
NETPRO® Trading Cards reserves the right to make minor adjustments to product design, packaging, or specifications during the production process.
